The Who's 1982 tour marked their final performances with Kenney Jones on drums, excluding two warm-up dates at the Birmingham NEC in England. Afterward, they wouldn't tour again until 1989. The tour showcased their recent album "It’s Hard," released in June 1982, with a setlist featuring several tracks exclusively played during this tour.

This release presents the show from the second night at New York’s Shea Stadium, recorded on October 13th, 1982. While a couple of tracks have appeared on compilations, this marks the first official release of the complete show's audio. The vinyl record captures the energy and magic of The Who's iconic performance at Shea Stadium.
