RETURNS POLICY

  2. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  3. Certain goods, such as intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear), are exempt from return for a refund.

  4. Services that commence immediately upon payment (e.g., downloadable software products) or gift cards cannot be returned for a refund.

  5. Per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you decide to return a purchase within 14 working days after delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price and initial postage and packaging charges. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

  6. The Definitely Maybe's standard returns policy offers a full refund, including purchase price and postage charges, within the 14 working days period if the goods or services are not faulty or accurately described.

  8. For the return of physical products, notify us in advance. For non-physical products (services), contact us for specific return instructions.

  9. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you of the refund status and process the credit to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

  10. If you haven't received a refund after being notified, check your bank or card statement. Some institutions may take a few days to credit your account.

  11. Refunds for items purchased with a discount voucher will only cover the amount paid, excluding the item's listed price.
