Delivery Address Verification and Returns Policy

Delivery Address Verification:

  • The delivery address must match the one on the credit card statement for the initial order.
  • Once verified, an alternative delivery address may be added.

Return Guidelines:

  • UK customers must return unwanted goods within 14 working days from the day of receipt; overseas customers also have a 14-day return window from the delivery date.
  • Goods should be sent via recorded delivery, and buyers should retain receipts in case of loss during transit.
  • If an alternative size is needed, customers can request an exchange by specifying the desired size. However, reordering and returning for a refund are recommended due to stock availability uncertainties.

Exchange Refund Conditions:

  • Any order returned for an exchange will be refunded if the requested item is not in stock.

Hygiene Disclaimer:

  • Returns of opened outer packaging for underwear are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

Refund Policy:

  • Returns postage costs will not be refunded unless the received items were faulty or an order was incorrectly sent out by The Definitely Maybe.

Delivery Estimate

    • Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day via 24 Tracked shipping.
    • Orders placed after 11 AM on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  2. Shipping Time:

    • 24 Tracked Service: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
  3. Tracking Your Order:

    • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.
  4. Delays:

    • While we prioritise prompt delivery, please note that unexpected delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.
